Note: Government or consulate fees are separate and not included unless stated otherwise.All payments are final. Refunds are only granted in the case of a verifiable service failure caused by ExpressNaijaVisa and not delays, rejections, or decisions made by the consulate.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive for speed and accuracy, we do not guarantee visa approval, processing timelines, or consulate responsiveness. Approval and timing are at the sole discretion of the Nigerian Consulate or immigration authorities.

Failure to do so may result in application delays or additional fees.
