You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided that:

● No part of the service has been fulfilled or delivered (e.g., documents reviewed, forms submitted, consulate appointment booked).

After 24 hours, or once service work has commenced (whichever comes first), all fees are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Situations (After 24 Hours)
